2. Booking & Payments
A booking is confirmed only upon receiving the booking amount.
All payments must be made to official accounts only.
Prices may change due to OEM updates, tax revisions or market variations.
Waiting periods may apply for special-allocation models.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Refunds depend on:
Manufacturer rules
Allocation status
Stage of RTO/insurance processing
Import or special-edition vehicle category
Some bookings may be non-refundable based on allocation.
4. Finance & Leasing
Approvals depend solely on finance partners.
Maison Cars does not guarantee loan approval.
All documents provided must be genuine and complete.
5. Delivery Terms
Delivery takes place after:
Full payment
Completed documentation
RTO registration
Insurance processing
Delivery dates may vary based on OEM supply, transport or government delays.
6. Warranty
All vehicles include official manufacturer warranty only.
Maison Cars is not liable for:
OEM technical decisions
Manufacturing defects
Service centre delays
Warranty claim outcomes
7. Customer Responsibilities
You must:
Provide accurate documents
Review quotations before booking
Ensure availability for delivery
Maintain compliance with finance/RTO laws
8. Liability Limitation
Maison Cars is not responsible for:
Delays from banks, RTO or OEM
Market price fluctuations
Loss of business or profit
Third-party errors or delays
Our liability, in any case, is limited to the booking amount (if refundable).
